This policy outlines the terms and conditions for photography services provided by NBGPRODUCTIONS, specifically related to sports and creative photography, including website usage, booking, image rights, and client expectations.

1. Booking & Session Details

• All photography sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is 24hrs-48hrs prior to the session date, unless agreed upon otherwise.

• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Coverage & Style

• For sports photography, we cover live events, games, practices, and individual/team portraits.

• For creative photography, sessions include but are not limited to editorial, conceptual shoots, portraits, and promotional content.

• Our creative direction and editing style are part of the service. Requests for specific styles or edits must be made before the session.

3. Image Rights & Usage

• All images captured remain the intellectual property of NBGproductions

• Clients are granted a personal-use license, allowing you to share images digitally and print for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Commercial use, resale, or distribution of images requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.

4. Website & Portfolio Use

• We reserve the right to use selected images from your session for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio.

• If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

• For sports events, clients must provide access credentials if required (e.g., field passes, venue permission, tickets, etc).

• For creative shoots, clients are responsible for wardrobe, makeup, and props unless previously agreed upon.

• Any delays caused by the client may reduce available shooting time without refund.

6. Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered digitally within  4-5 business days after the session/shoot.

• RAW or unedited images will not be provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing or during discussion

RAWS will typically cost.

7. Privacy & Consent

•

• For group sports photos, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure all participants or guardians have provided image-use consent.

All payments for services provided by Nothing But Greatness Productions must be made exclusively through Cash App or Apple Pay.

We do not accept any other forms of payment (including cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or checks).
